Description:

The recombinant protein AG (r-PAG) fuses 8 antibody Fc binding regions, including 5 Fc binding domains of Staphylococcus aureus protein A and 3 Fc binding domains of Streptococcus protein G, and is removed cell wall binding domain, albumin binding domain and non-specific binding domain of protein A and protein G. Compared with single protein A or protein G, it has a wider binding range, and can bind to IgG subtypes, IgA, IgE and IgM of human, but can't bind to IgA, IgM and serum albumin of mouse. It is suitable for the extraction and detection of mouse’s IgG monoclonal antibody. Meanwhile, the r-PAG will less depend on PH and can occur binding at PH 5-8.
