Improve RD Management and help Scientific and Technological Innovation of Neon Biology - RD Center Management Exchange and Learning Meeting

The autumn with cool wind and comfortable weather is coming. In the increasingly autumn atmosphere, all the members of the R&D center of Hangzhou Newlong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. gathered at the company headquarters (Qianwan Smart Valley) on September 16 to hold the management exchange and study meeting of the R&D center in 2022, "improving R&D management and helping scientific and technological innovation".

This meeting is divided into two parts. The first part is the management exchange meeting. Dr. Qian Yongchang, the chairman and general manager of the company, first made a report on the Development Plan and Long-term Objectives of the R&D Center at the meeting, put forward expectations and requirements for the R&D Center and its personnel, shared the process and methods of the research work with the whole staff, and read out the appointment documents of the heads of each team (department) of the R&D Center. He said that R&D personnel should be diligent in thinking, read more literature, actively discuss, and have alternatives and carefully implement the R&D process. Dr. Qian's speech gave the members of the Center a new working idea and enhanced their confidence in improving the efficiency of research work.

The heads of all R&D teams (departments) also took the stage to speak, expressing the future work ideas and contents of the teams (departments).

Then the director of the General Manager's Office, Lai Cangang, made a detailed report on the current research project of the R&D Center, clarified the objective requirements, schedule requirements and research members of each project, and also put forward the existing problems and solutions.

In the second part of the management learning meeting, Yin Ming, the EHS engineer of the General Department, first shared a vivid, vivid and rich course on the relationship between research and development and EHS in the process of industrialization.

Focusing on national laws and regulations and real cases, Yin Gong put forward our company's methods of doing a good job in environmental, safety and health management, and conveyed the importance of cutting from the source of research and development to reduce the difficulty of landing, management risks and operating costs in the process of project industrialization.

Finally, Li Dong, the director of operation, introduced the company's hazardous chemicals management and the daily management system of the R&D center to the participants, and clarified the practical requirements. Participants took notes actively and listened carefully. Some people also raised their hands to ask questions immediately.

Only with the same frequency can we share the same flow. Only with the same flow can we communicate, communicate with each other, and become a team. During the meeting break, the General Affairs Department prepared a variety of tea breaks for the participants. Colleagues enjoyed delicious food and exchanged feelings after the meeting. The atmosphere was warm and active. After the meeting, the participants had dinner together in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

I believe that the R&D center will achieve ideal R&D results with clear objectives, proper methods and orderly management, and consolidate the technical base of Neon Biology. The R&D center will also become the pride of Neon Biology.
